Mr. Watson is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Pharos Hospitality, with over 35 years’ experience within the hospitality and lodging industry. He was founder and executive manager of Pharos’ legacy company, Watson Hospitality, and has been directly involved in the development, ownership and operation of a portfolio of select, limited, and full-service hotels valued at more than $275M. He has served on various global hotel brand advisory boards. Watson has worked with institutional, family office, public and private investors, third party managers and numerous hotel brands including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Radisson, Comfort Inn, Days Inn and Econo Lodge.
